  Based on our contractual agreement with the venue, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations after October 15th.  If you cancel on or before October 15th, you will be refunded the amount paid minus $100.

  $749 - Regular registration beginning October 1st (double occupancy)

  $899 - Early bird registration through September 30th (single occupancy)

  $999 - Regular registration beginning October 1st (single occupancy)
