AYELET GILAD - ISRAEL ENGAGEMENT

Born and raised in Israel, Ayelet's journey led her to San Antonio, TX in 2001, then to Atlanta in 2003. Since 2008, Alpharetta has been her family’s home. For the past 20 years, she has cherished her career as a Realtor and entrepreneur, helping families find spaces where life—and community—flourish. Ayelet and her husband, Dorel, are proud parents of three amazing (Older) kids—Roei, Adi, and Shani.

What are 3-5 unique gifts you bring to the table?

  • My ability to connect people
  • Accepting and enriching others
  • Marketing and video

What do you hope to bring to (or accomplish on behalf of) JWC Atlanta this year?

  • Set up a weekly torah study in Hebrew to add more Israeli women to the fold
  • Coordinate “care” teams” to provide meals, visit or practical help for sisters experiencing major life events.
  • Plan events (1-3 times a year) where participants teach each other Israeli and American Jewish recipes. Think “Shakshuka & Blintz Brunch” or “Babka & Borekas Bake-Off.” It’s delicious, hands‑on, and deeply social.
